To actually PLAY as him and not just wear the costume, complete the game on the hardest mode possible. Too hard for you? Enter the code for either level skip or level select and start a new game on the hardest mode. If you entered level skip, keep skipping until you reach the end. If it was level select, quit and select "conclusion" on the level list. After that, go into the specials menu and DON`T go onto cheats. Search on different menu`s until you find the bonus to play as green goblin. Activate and enjoy! :)
