White Chrism
Win the game. Start a new game to find White Chrism vial in the kitchen of apartment 105 in Blue Creek Apartments.

Reveal signs
Unlock all five endings, then start a new game. All signs will now be revealed.

Dog Tag
Win the game with the "Rebirth" ending. Start a new game and a dog house will now appear near Jack's Inn. Look inside the dog house to find the Dog Tag.

Chain Saw
Win the game under the normal difficulty and normal riddle difficulty settings. Start a new game to find the Chain Saw among logs before the cemetery.

Additional riddle difficulty
Win the game under the easy, normal, and hard riddle difficulty settings. Select the hard riddle difficulty again and begin a new game with a new combination of riddles.

Hidden Option
When at the main options screen, Press L1 or R1 to switch to a set of hidden options not vailable normally. Some of the options uncovered include turning on/off auto aim and changing the color of the colors of the monsters blood.

Hyper Spray
Win the game 2 times. Start a new game to find the Hyper Spray on the south side of the motor home.

Book Of The Crimson Ceremony
This book can be found in the reading room on the 2nd floor of the "Nightmare" hotel.

Introduction FMV sequence audio
If you wait at the Title Screen for awhile, the introduction FMV sequence will begin. In some scenes, there will be no audio. Win the game one time and the audio will be restored to those scenes.

Obsidian Goblet
Win the game. Start a new game and enter the Historical Society building. The Obsidian Goblet can be found on a shelf.

Book Of Lost Memories
Win the game. Start a new game and look for the newspaper stand near the Texxon Gas Station. The Book Of Lost Memories can be found inside.

In-game reset
Press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select + Start during game play.

Easy pyramid head fight
When fighting pyramid in the aprment rush over to the wall (not the one with the monster on the gruond) when pyramid head uses his one hit kill hold the left or right top back button (L1 or R1 not the side hes on) Do that for as long as you can if he is on hard this may not work as well!

How to get the Water Ending.
There are five possible endings, depending on what you do at certain points in the game...

The Endings.

'In Water' Ending:

Make sure to examine Angela's Knife after you receive it, read the Diary on the Hospital's roof, listen to the Headphones in the Changed Hotel's Reading Room, and the conversation in the corridor just before the final boss. Also, run around injured as often as you can.

'Maria' Ending:

Protect Maria well and spend plenty of time with her. Make sure to visit her when she falls ill in Hospital and generally be nice to her. Also, in the corridor shortly before the final boss where you hear the cconversation, make sure you leave through the far door as quickly as possible, before it has time to finish.

'Leave' Ending:

Stay healthy, spend as little time with Maria as possible, don't protect her very well and complete the game as quickly as you can. Also, make sure to look at Mary's picture and letter in your inventory on a regular basis.

'Rebirth' Ending:

Only available after completing the game once. Take the Lost Memories Book from Texxon Gas, the White Chrism from Room 105 of the Blue Creek Apartment Building, the Obsidian Goblet from the Historical Society Building and the Crimson Book from the Changed Hotel's Reading Book.

'Dog' Ending:

You either need to have seen all the 'Leave', 'In Water' and 'Maria' endings, or the 'Rebirth' ending, to unlock this one. If so, a Dog House will appear to the West of Jacks Inn. Take the Dog Key inside and use it on the Observation Room's door in the Changed Hotel.

# Completion bonuses

Go to room 307 in "Wood Side Apartments". On the third floor is a picture on the wall. Press X and the message "There's a painting hanging on the wall. It looks like a landscape of this area." will appear. Look at the picture to see two skulls on the side of the mountains.

# Innocent Man riddle

One of the rooms you will enter in the Labyrinth will include six men that have been hung by the ceiling. Your job is to free the innocent man in the group. In easy riddle mode, the innocent man will always be, "The Kidnapper". In normal riddle mode, the innocent man will always be, "The Arsonist". In hard riddle mode, the innocent man will always be ,"The Counterfeiter". Once you find out who the innocent man is, pull the corresponding empty noose in the second room to release the body. In his place, the Key Of The Persecuted will be on the floor below.

# Box combination

When you get almost to the end of the hospital area and go down in the elevator, you will get a call on the radio. It is game show which will ask three questions. You must go to the third floor storeroom to get your prize. The combination to the box is 3 1 3. Note: This is for the easy and normal difficulty setting.

# Defeating Eddie

In the first battle, equip your rifle and as soon as you get the chance, shoot him four times. He will run away. Follow him into the next room. Get far away from him and just keep shooting until he dies. If he gets in close, run away and shoot him. If done correctly, he should be locked in between shots and you will not get hit.
