How to defeat Tyrant?
If you need to defeat tyrant use a explosive round to kill tyrant it's stronger than a handgun or other. Note: The explosive round might work but other will work too but it's not stronger to kill tryrant.

Additionally, save Steve from the Luger quickly, give the Medicine to Rodrigo, and complete the game with a time less than 4:30. The rocket launcher will appear in the first item box in the next new game.
