Use Russel to bring the rock close to the see-saw. Switch to Carl and run up the see-saw and jump off the edge like a ramp. Carl will reach with his cane to grab to edge of a platform. Switch back to Russel to put the rock on the edge of the see-saw. Switch back to Carl and jump off the platform to launch the rock. You must do this three times.
