A2: There is no specific key combination or code. However, to build up your player, I suggest-
for a fast goal opportunity-plenty of speed, acceleration, shot accuracy, power and attack
for distance shot-technique, power, swerve, shot accuracy
for assist shots-short/long pass power/accuracy, header, shot power, accuracy
In your first game, make sure you score like hell. You'll be given opp. according to your game(depends on possession, shot on targets, goals).
If you want, decline all offers. You will not have to be a substitute...

A3: Transfer to another league and do well... Example: If you have eye set on a top EPL team, they will not come for you, even if you win the title with your present team (4 seasons with Newcastle and only offers from bottom table teams)... Accept a move away from EPL (Spanish league - best) and do well, you will then get offers (After 1 season with Atletico Madrid, offers from Real Madrid, AC Milan, Chelsea, Liverpool and various others come flooding in)... I went for Liverpool.. Obviously!
