A1: When you reach the round thingy which mitchell runs when you try to chase him follow in the opposite position of where he's running wait for him to take cover behind a small statue note:try to make him stay under the statues which has got objects above.use bond sense and hit the objects and it will fall on himm there are three in total after that a cutscence will let you press some buttons.afterb that you've completed the mission

A3: Maybe you shot only at 1 tire..
shoot the front left tire and back left tire

A4: Hey thats a glitch what you have to do is restart the level. that glitch happens when you fail the mission just as you climb out of the sewer, you have to restart the level and try again or save the check point before you climb up, it happend to me too but yeah after you do that then it will all make sense
