Shocker - Choose to free Shocker after you have defeated him.

Solidarity - Bring Shocker to jail after you have defeated him.

Hobgoblin - Keep choosing the bad choice (2nd/3rd choice) before fighting Kraven.

Luke Cage - Make the bad choice (2nd Choice) when you're asked by a man who says he can divert the train containing symbiote.

Storm - Keep choosing the good answer when you're asked by computer after defeating Tinkerer.

Big Wheel - Keep choosing the bad choice when you're asked by computer after defeating Tinkerer.

Jessica Drew - Choose to help shield crew from symbiote before you fight Jessica Drew.

Black Cat - Choose to save Black Cat when you fight her. (Pick the 1st choice when asked by Smythe.)

Random Assist - You can get Mysterio, Night Crawler, Wolverine, Ctylok, Galactus, or Hypno Hustler randomly by beating any level or buying the ultra rare power-ups.

How to well use your web(red costume)
To pull anenemy in your way, web up the enemy and when he is webbed up, press the square button. Spider-man will pull him and punch him once that he is beside him.( it doesnt work with the boss).

To go to an enemy, web up the ennemy and press the triangle button once that he is webbed up. Spider man will web zip on the ennemy and punch when he will be beside him.( work with the boss)

to web up a boss, do the double shock web attack.

when your web swinging, you can attack. Hold the x button in your web line and press on the square or the triangle button.

you can beat the enemys in the are by jumping, pulling the enemy in the air an punch or kick him. This do a very cool fighting style.

Geting past Venom
The easiest way is to jump over him, then hit him in the back a few good times. When it looks like he has flies all over him, you can't damage him. Dodge him until the flies fly away.

The Trash Bin.
In level 4 when the symbiote invasion starts you probably know you have to put out the fire so if you want to make this work you have to jump into the trash bin and let the sybiotes attack and see what happens. If the symbiotes ran at the bin and rebounded than you did it right. And as black spidey if you shoot web darts at them they'll die.
