When he goes to the part where he wants to shoot at you, attack him. When he blocks jump out of the way. Keep doing that until he jumps on the cliff. To beat him use toph. Make lots of earth walls. Whe he goes to shoot, jump and press square

To get to the chamber of Elements:
In order to get to the Chamber of elements what you have to do is to defeat those monkey things (creepy). After that you have to use Aang to airbend into the statue and he makes music. Repeat the same color code into the wind pipes. Your in. Defeat more creepy monkey things. Make ice ledges in the upcoming waterfall. don't forget fire from the torch on the wall. Light the tree on fire and climb up the waterfall. Firebend the the wood on the ground under it is a hole. Jump in the hole and follow the trail till you get in a room. Eathbend three tanks into the proper position. Waterbend water from the tree outside into the tanks. IN ORDER of tanks put in 2 bulbs of water, 1 BOW, 3 BOW. The man will come up and play a song and then you knock the door out. You get to an air boat. Airbend in the sail, don't worry about steering it's taken care of. Your there.
