A2: Well there is two ways... ONE: you beat success mode and you get to change your guy however you want him but not atributes. TWO: you got to my data on the main menu screen then go to edit player then you just edit a player and you can custimize him however you want and you can also change his atributes to be all the way up... but you have to change a major leage player.
