Tower Tooth is really hard to beat. so what you need to do is, keep away from him and find rockets, spinners, etc.., get on a elevation by using one of the many inclines, this well allow you to keep your distance from him but still able to hit him. make sure you stay back far enough so he doesn't shock you. when he drives back and forth shoot him. (He can still hit you with his machine gun (Ice Cream Bombs) so if you start to get low on health drive in the opposite direction until you find some health on another incline).
