You have to make some kind of jewlery for them and then you purpose
You must woo them.meaning talking,admiring,telling jokes until you think they will propose...
You have to be wearing the traditional wedding beanie and jewlery set. and the cheat gnome is another cheat you have to enter in. you have to enter it in before you do any other cheats. And after you enter it in a little gnome will appear somewhere in your area and you can lick on it an selet what cheats that you have entered in that you want to use
I had the same promblem. Just go to the workbench and when you make a wedding necklace and beanie. Just search for the word wedding when making hats ot jewelry. A cheat gnome it is cheat that, if you activate will let you activate all other cheats.
