You may already know this but in easy its actually harder to get stars
but if you put it on normal its actually double the points it would have been. it also is easier to string.

Blow up tankers
In grab n go about after you scrape the truck go full speed ahead and through the two police cars go full speed at the police car it tells you to crash into and it goes flying and will blow it up.
also if you drift into the truck while scraping it you can maintain speed
