Secret Area At Insomniac Museum
When inside the Indomniac museum, go left until the very end of the building, then turn right until you see a electrolyser puzzle. Solve it to open a nearby door.
Head through it and stay to your right. Jump across the little fence and continue walking until you see a kind of wall blocking you. You are now on the edge of the building.
Do a high-jump and glide on the other side. Continue and turn right for a secret area. To get a better view of the side of the building, turn the camera on the edge of the building before the jump.
You can also go into the pink building and go as high as possible. Launch a Visbomb (guided missle) and head for the left edge of the building and blow the missile with Circle for a clearer view.

Insomniac Gallery Without Skill Points
Head to Silver City & go to the grinding section of the level. Start grinding and keep an eye on the left side of the screen. Eventually you will see a garage type building. At this point, you need to get off of the grinding rails by getting hit by one of the electricity posts.
Now from here, use your glider to go to a large segment of land around the garage. When you get to the segment of land then you go towards the garage. You cannot go through the door so go around the left side of it. Walk forward until you fall through the floor. Then go a little to the right and then jump up. Then you will be in the garage. On one side of the room there will be a portal leading back to your ship, on the other side there will be a portal leading into the Insomniac Museum.

Insomniac Museum Level Unlock
On Planet Boldan, stand on the fountain at 3:00 AM to be teleported. You need to win the game to have the shortcuts menu. The Museum appears as a selection after collecting all platinum bolts, all weapons (including the mega weapons), all skill points, and all weapon modifications.

Unlock Challenge Mode
You will be able to play the game on challenge mode after completing the game once. Challenge mode ups the difficulty as well as providing a bolt multiplier to help you buy those hard-to-get weapons. You can also buy extra upgrades for most of the weapons in challenge mode.

Easy Bolts
Head to the Feltzin System, and when you get there choose Challenge 3: Fight the Ace Thug Ships. When you are in control of your ship, pull out the nuke & fire. If an asteroid is in the way, aim down a little so it will not impact it. Most of the time, all of the fighters will be eliminated. It's an easy 7,000 bolts for each press of a button. Try it! Hope this helps ;)

Start Screen Fun
From the start screen, don't press anything and watch the games that Ratchet plays. After a while you will see him play Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, Sly Cooper, and Ratchet and Clank.

5 Free Weapons
Play with a memory card save from the original Ratchet & Clank in your PS2 and you will have all 5 weapons that both games share. Cool!

Unlock Snow Skin
Complete all levels of the Impossible Challenge in the Arena to unlock the snow skin.

Bolt Multiplier Glitch
1. Head to planet Damosel/Allgon city.
2. Head over to a lamp post when the game starts and hit it. You should get 84 bolts (this is a test).
3. Turn an go into the room with the taxi.
4. Go straight through to where the protopets are chasing the robots.
5. Next use charge boots to quickly get to other side where the ladder is.
6. When you get to the top, kill the 2 guys that appear.
7. This is the most important part:

Use the swing shot to swing to the secondswing shot thing.
Don't land down where the protopets appear--instead, do 180 degree turn in the air and use the swing shot to get back to where you started. This brings
the protopets out of the sewer thing and start the glitch.

8. Once you've landed, turn around a look back at the platform where the protopets are. You want to use mini rocket gun or hover bomb to kill them.
9. Once you've killed them all, use the swing shot to go across and gather all the bolts. Do not go into next room.
10. Now turn around and jump down where those jet things are floating and kill yourself.
11. When you start back at the ship go and hit a lamp post. It should give you 420 bolts as compared to 84 in step #2.
12. After applying glitch there are 3 main areas to rack up bolts.

A. After the swingshot things (stand in a corner with sheepanator)
B. The next is the dome right after (stand in the door way w/ sheepanator)
C. Finally go out of that room and jump the gap (stand right at the edge with sheepanator)

Unlock Challange Mode
To unlock challange mode complete the entire game by defeating the final boss in any diffuculty.

Secret level
To get to the secret level press the reset button and go on system configuration not
browser.

Change the time to 2:55pm.quickly go on to planet barlow by the water fountain that has a
teleporter get there before 3:00pm.You should here bells qiuckly press triangle to
teleport to the INSOMNIAC MUSEUM.

Get to insomniac museum a different way
Go to planet boldan and keep going up too where those two thugs are standing there. kill them and open the door. there will be three thugs there. kill them. there will also be a choice of two rooms. go to the one on the right. kill all the enemies there and go up the elevator. there will be many thugs. kill them BUT BE CAREFUL. do not destroy the boxes in the back. after they are dead, climb up on the boxes but do not set off the exploding one. you should be able to jump up onto the top of the windows. keep walking on the ledge to the left untill you reach a building. jump on top of it and walk to the end. jump down to the building below it. you can see an area where you are supposed to be *note the thugs there* and another area that is blocked off. jump and glide to the right and keep waking down a path untill you reach a building. the door is closed so go to right aroung the building. you should eventually fall in. keep walikng a little bit. you'll hear some shooting there. jump up and reposition the camera---fast! there will be some thugs there kill them and there will be a teleporter behind them. MAKE SURE IT SAYS INSOMNIAC MUSEUM (when you walk over it). if it says return to ship, go to the other hallway and use that teleporter. you will fly to insomniac museum.

NOTE- I have done this many times and it has always worked

Planet notak cheat
First go throught the room on the left at the beginning. the go up the elevator in the first area. walk to the arch opening and jump onto the ledge in front of you. you can now walk through the walls in the buildings!

Chickenbot cheat
On planet notak right before you see the slim cognito's ad, there is a big thug ship that comes down. kill it and jump to the next platform. there will be 4 chickenbots. if it attacks you kill it. there should be one the just walks around and will never attack you

Extra boost on races in the beginings
If you need help on the races hold down R1 and repeatedly press x as fast as you can
sometimes it will give you 1 full bar of boost.

Easy bolts!
To get lots of bolts you need the glider and dynamo and you have to be on planet dobbo.first get out of the ship and smash all the lights om the path way or use the jump hit (box breaker helps!). then carry on untill you reach the first platform on the right jump and hit again and collect the bolts. kill the robots a head and use the dynamo to create the platforms and jump over.kill the robots and use the jump hit to get some more bolts again kill some more robots and break the lights. from here, go back to the teleporter and enter the facility destroy the lights. now just kill yourself however you like and you can see that the lights are back again smash them and carry on as much as you like. if you have the game breaker you might get up to 2000 bolts each time you use this method. enjoy getting rich!

Minigames
Go to ratchets apartment and on the table is a device, use the dynamo to open the mini game and have fun

Slow but easy bolts
Go to yeedil and destroy all the lights around your ship and on the bridge. jump off the bridge and do the same prosedure all over again.(box breaker helps).

Spider tank bot can clear
Go to the tour planit and go to were ther is a blue blur fence there is a barb wire fence go to the barb wire and duble jump and throw a spiderbond kill all the creatures and then you can open the blue fence

EARN BOTS EASY
Go to Tundor Wastes/grelbin and go to where you need the hypnomatic parts.Pull out any
rocket lanchers and kill the robot but it would be best to use the R.Y.N.O 2.The robot will keep on appearing and if it disappears get the thruster pack out and try to jump across but
you need to have the bolt grabber from megacoup armory/todana.Get the fan of captain
Quark his collectable from Flying lab/aranos, but you need to buy it for 20,000 bolts from
the plummer. It will give you about 200-500 bolts each time you kill the robot.

Cheat slim cogneato
Go to the ship shack and try to buy something that you can't afford and when you get the "You can't afford it" message,hit x and then quickly go to an item right next to the one you can't afford and buy it. Instead of the item you just bought you got the on you couldn't afford.

Glitch: swim in air
To do this you have to have first person mode.Then go to planet Damosel and go to the area where you have to use the thermonator before you get to the hipnotist guy.Then look left.You should see a big circle like shape.Go into first person mode and climb up.Then look to the bottom left.You should see a place you can jump on.Glide down and you should be swimming on the floor.go forward out away from the buildings and you will be swimming in air!
