Highlight the Load Game option on the main menu.
Hold L3 + R3 and press X

Level select
Highlight load game at the main menu, then hold L3 & R3 and press X. instead of a load screen coming up a screen with mission titles will come up. My favorite level is low earth orbit. you get a freakin laser gun!
