Hard to beat team
Description: Make your team consisting of Wolverine, Blade, Luke Cage, and Ghost Rider. The bonus will be 5% of all damage will be regained as health. All these members have a way to regenerate health.
Equip the following costumes/outfits :
Wolverine, Astonishing, max out Health Regen and Defense.
Blade, Ultimate, max out Health Regen and Defense.
Luke Cage, New Avengers, max out Health Regen and Defense.
Ghost Rider, Original, max out Resurrect Ally and Defense.

Ghost Rider should be equipped with The Heart Of Mephisto (10% of attack damage turned into health) or a similar item because he is the only character without a Health Regen.

Equip other members of your team with gear that increases defense or dodging. Not only will your team be difficult to damage, but they will be absorbing and regenerating most of the damage they take anyway. Also if somehow a member dies, Ghost Rider will have about chance of resurrecting them. ** Ghost Rider is the weak character of the team so best to protect him. He does not regenerate, and if he dies resurrection is lost. Wolverine will regenerate the fastest because he has an inherit ability to regenerate plus the suit is bonus to regenerate.

Another Good Team
Description: Create a team consisting of Luke Cage, Elektra, and Dr.Strange. This team is good for easy health, experience, energy, money, and Extreme Momentum Orbs for leveling, The trick with this team is when they each have a full Momentum bar, get a group of enemies around you and use the power. Elektra will stun all enemies with her Curse of the Hand. Dr. Strange will use his Mystic Maelstrom to kill all stunned enemies, causing them to drop Extreme Momentum Orbs for each enemy killed. Luke Cage will use his Sweet Christmas to kill any of the remaining enemies, giving you +472% more money for each enemy killed in the attack sequence. This trick is very useful for leveling characters, unlocking costumes/outfits, and maxing out stats. The great place to do this trick is in the Shield training simulator on the Thunderball mission. Even if you run out of time you will still get the levels and money; do not worry about killing the Boss. Just get your momentum on Luke Cage, Dr. Strange, and Elektra.

Hard mode
Win the game on the Normal difficulty setting to unlock the Hard difficulty setting.

Gain between 2 and 4 levels with a character. Alternatively, defeat 30 enemies to unlock their 2nd costume. Defeat 175 enemies to unlock their 3rd costume.

Play Black Panther
Collect the five Black Panther action figures (one is found in each Act) to unlock him.

Ghost Rider unlock
Trade places with Ghost Rider in Hell in order to save his soul to unlock him.

Good team
Have: deadpool in ultimate, storm in retro,ironman in ultimate, and luke cage in street.
have to have max defense.

Air Force +15 Max Health and Comic Story Line Dialogs
In the Team Management Menu,
Choose Ms. Marvel, Storm, Thor and Human Torch and a Text Saying Air Force will appear and +15 Max Health will be awarded.
I'm not sure of you can choose them in another order or not but that is what I did and that is what happened.
Another thing I found out is that The Characters have different Story Line or special Dialogs and conversations in the game. I Love MUA so much, so I play it again and again. I found out that they put in special lines relating to your chosen (one of the four) heroes. Like in the Opening Mission(The Mission U play at the start of the game). E.g: The 1st time, I chose Ms. Marvel, Wolverine, Captain America and Thor. When they meet Bullseye, the dialog was not that special just normal. The 2nd Time, I chose Elektra and they talked about Bullseye killing her and she being resurrected by DareDevil and Stick.
In the Atlantian Mission, I chose Ms. Marvel(Yes! I Love Her) , Cap.America, Thor and Spider Man. Nothing special happened.
2nd Time, I chose IceMan and they have a extended conversation with Namor and If you Chose Susan Richards(F4), Namor, Who has a crush on her will talk with here more.
For IceMan, he will whine if you pick him to the Mafisto Mission. He'll say the heat is too much for him.

Iron Man in his Ultimate outfit, max out health regen and defense. Equip Uni-beam and Nano assault. Silver Surfer in his Power surge outfit, max out Energy regen, Cosmic mastery, And defense. Equip Surfer's rage and Heal, that way, if anyone on your team gets low on health, Surfer can heal everyone.

In the Asgard level, near the S.H.I.E.L.D access point, there is a statue. press square and it brings up a quiz. keep answereing questions correctly until you r bored (after a while, the questions go bak 2 the beginning) you leave quiz and there should be orbs there!
