Then after you start sell the world claas players to the team with the young players. then play the game your young players should get really good and because you have got 6 or 7 world class players the least your team should do is quilify for the champo league

How to be rich and successful
Basically you become 2 good clubs and transfer good young players to one for as little money as possible and bad old players to the others for as much money as possible.

Contracts
Do not let contracts expire Resign players right away. If you do not do this, other teams will offer your player(s) pre-contracts in January and sign them for nothing.

Free players
Description: From the 1st of January to April 30th, players will have up to 3 months on their contracts. Offer them a contract without money. If you have the wages they will accept. Watch players who go on loan. When the loan is up, you need to offer them a contract before their actual team does. AS an example, Cisse from Liverpool who is on loan to Marseille will be free to transfer from Liverpool. Also, Walcott will get loaned out in January. You should offer him a contract after the loan. Make sure that you have enough wages to get them.

Best team to build with
I found that it is recomended by Codemasters that the best thing to do is start with a team with low expectations as there is less pressure.

With this in mind I chose Blackpool from league 1 (avoid religation)
To start with, there is a player who has been loand to the club (W.Hoolahan), send him back to his own club as he frees up wages that he's NOT worth,
Next search your youth team and you should find a (av+) defender sign him untill end of 10/11 season for £100 less than he is asking for.
Then sell K.Parker, D.Coid and one of you left mids this frees up enough wages to sign R.kutlak, D.Dunning and loan in a deasent young striker (untill end of season)
as back up for S.Vernon ( whowill score 20+ goals if he's the main striker i.e without K.Parker)
Next on to the stadia Bloomfield road only has 3 stands so you can start improvments right away (without a loss of seats) choose the first investor as they don't want any gate recepts and then choose a stand that takes 1-2 months to build this will double gate income after just one month into the season.
Another tip is to play ALL friendly games away from home against the toughtest of the choices playing your reserves in the first game.
After the first season you should be mid-table with a balance of around £3mil and then your main task will be to sign a striker. I recomend L.Trundle (Swansea) The rest is up to you. I hope this helps
