Go to the in-game cheats menu and use the following cheat codes. Most of these cheat codes only work for certain stages and scenarios. If any cheat does not work, you're likely not playing the proper stage for that cheat.

Plankton in Hypnotic Highway level
Collecting 27 Plankton Sleepy Seeds (green) will unlock Plankton in the Hypnotic Highway level.

Collecting 27 Patrick Sleepy Seeds (pink) will unlock Patrick in the Hypnotic Highway level.

Cheat Mode
From the MAIN MENU, select the "Extras" option. Now, choose the "Enter Codes" selection and enter one of the following codes. Choose the "Activate Bonus Items" selection under the "Extras" menu to activate the cheat.
