The fire bombs give's quite a lot of injury so you can start your attack with that. Then when he crashes into the wall, the best method is the electric breathe then if he's regained his sight use the ice breathe

Snow stage hints
Anytime you see a blue electric fence in your way just throw snowballs at them with the giant catapult and shoot it at them about 3 or 4 times and they'll die
