Hirudegarn
It can be a bit difficult when you fight Hirudegarn with Great Saiyaman 1 and 2 (Gohan and Videl). Hirudegarn is so BIG and any special physical moves just bounce off. This makes Videl about useless, and the only move Great Saiyaman can use effectively is his L2 + Triangle explosion.
You can try to convert back into normal Gohan by pressing Down + R3 . If you do that, you can now use many effective energy techniques that Great Saiyaman did not have. You can upgrade to Super Saiyan 2 which is strong enough to repel Hirudegarn with kicks/punches.

3 WISHES AT ONCE!
Once you have collected all 7 Dragonballs exit the current stage you are on and go to any Namek stage. Once you go to that stage you will still have all 7 Dragonballs. Go to the white dot and summon Porunga and you will be granted 3 wishes instead of 1. This works very well everytime!

Misspellings Found
Go to Z item fusion and fuse Powerball with Vegeta (scouter). It will become Great Ape Vegeta . Now go to Practice Mode. From here do Great Ape Vegeta's ultimate attack. On the side where it shows you the name of the attack, it will read Super Garlic Gun instead of Super Galick Gun .

When you unlock Vegito and Super Saiyan (or just Super) Vegito, his name is spelled Super Vegetto . There is also an entry on the Z Items List for Vegeto and Super Vegeto.

Dragon Adventure mode, under Fusion Reborn , one of the scenarios reads Paikuhan's Decisive Moment but it should read Pikkon's Decisive Moment .

Bra (Bulla)
Unlock Bra (Bulla) in Ultimate Training instead of Vegeta and Bulma, complete all training options. At the Ultimate Training screen, press Circle. *** Press Triangle in the Japanese version.

Vegeta (Super Saiyan 2)
Defeat Dabura in Majin Buu Saga Story mode to unlock Vegeta (Super Saiyan 2).

Money $$$ Money
How to: Go to Dragon Adventure mode and play until you get to the Majin Buu Saga. Once you make it you will be playing as Fat Buu. While in that story, head to the top right area of the map and go to the Mountain Road area. Once you get there, Yamcha will offer you a contest to see how long you can last. If you stay alive long enough or if you are strong enough to defeat him, you will be awarded with 1,000,000 Zeni,Equipment Slots +4, and the Fox Mask fusion capsule. Once your done, go back to the selection screen for scenarios and repeat. Make it easier by increasing Fat Buu's attributes as much as you can.

You can take some time in the Android Saga scenario and pick the Goku Defeated!?! story. You need to head to the bottom of the map to the Southern Capital. When you are fighting try to destroy the buildings and look for Dragon Balls. Do this until you find them all. (Catch 'em all. nah..) Once you have them all, summon Shenron and he may have the Kiss From #18 capsule. That will quickly bring up your stats.

Need to buy capsules for your characters early on in the Saiyan Saga or Frieza Saga?
Just replay the Mysterious Alien Warrior (Saiyan Saga 00) event to unlock the hidden Fateful Brothers Saga. During the events of Fateful Brothers where you play as Radditz, there are many events where you can keep redoing the side battles against groups of Saibamen. Every win will reward a green Saibamen set Z-Item, some Zeni, and exp. Sell the Saibamen item set at Baba's shop for 150,000 Zeni. Just repeat this as many times as you want.
You should purchase the 4 Purple Z-Items at the shop too. Each set of 2 can be fused into the items Halo and Majin Seal. This allows good and bad characters to use their Blast 2 techniques at half energy cost. That is very helpful during more difficult stages.

Finding Dragon Balls
How to: You must smash through breakable objects in battle maps then run into the Dragon Balls to get them. You must also win the battle.

There is a harder way to get Dragon Balls. Fight somebody in either the Namek or Mountain Road level in Story mode. The Namek level contains a lot of breakables but are difficult to find, especially when you are locked on and your opponent moving and changing your view. On the Mountain Road level,there is almost nothing but trees. If you find Dragon Balls in those levels,just pick them up.

I see there are a lot of options here already, but I like a quick easy fight and an easy find. Majin Buu Saga- Gotenk's Confidence Chapter.
It's in the hyperbolic time chamber so there is little to destroy, and it's a super easy fight to win, especially on level 1. Tear up the house, get the ball, then tear up Buu. Repeat as neccisary.

Tip , STALLING
If you ever want to stall wait for your opponent to come to you then you hit them 1-2-3-4-5 times it doesnt matter then all you do it hold down the hit button and a direction and do a power hit to knock them away while they are down you can charge up in to max power mode or you might just stall in a survial match or a special match. very helpful in the right moments.

You are playing in level 1.And in story mode you are Goku ss.You are going to fight Frieza.When you beat him you get between 70 and 110 exp.Now you are playing level 2. When you fight Frieza and beat him you will get between 300 and 370 exp.Now when your in level 3 fighting Frieza and when you beat him you will gain between 600 and 670 exp!

Temporary Invincibility
Have a character who has "After Image" as a Blast 1 attack.

Use After Image and when your opponent uses a Dragon Rush move, you do the same. When the Rush attacks collide you will teleport into his attack. You will be attacked but you will not be hurt or flinching.

(this code has been tested 5 times, 3 times on my own copy of the game, and twice on my friends copy of the game in two players.)

Go to the southern capital in the majin buu saga, and click speak and if you fight him and win he will be added to your list of characters.

Like to do a lot of damage well wana know something,you could with gogeta super saiyan 4. first customize him with atttack + 3. then go to max and keep on doing punches until run out then charge kick him and use ultimate impact then just charge like crazy and use 100 x big bang kamahameha and it will do so much damage.

During game play tap button(x) two times followed by button (o) ,your fighter will disappear for little time in order to confuse your enemy &attack him surprisingly

Ultimate power
To get your favorote charecters very high leveland power when you get all 7 dragon bals go to shenron and if it ofers etier kiss of18 or title tekia purcuse eitheir and to get the dragonballs todo this easier always play onthe sagas were you fight in the city

How to beast characters without getting hit once
Teleport then start repetivelyt punching them then charge and use your attack do it over and over

Dragon ball hint
If your lookin for a dragon ball go to the fruit of the tree of might saga and go to the not 1st part not the 3rd part but the second part in the saga beat gohan great ape and next you will fight turles in the fight with turles smash through everything you see eventuly you will find a dragon ball it will be easier to tell if you smashed the right thing if you have the dragon radar because you will see a small flashing part on the minimap that shows you and turles the ball will be away from both of you and if not look aroud him and yourself and try to find a dragon ball do this seven times to gain seven dragon balls.

If you are trying to collect dragon balls and there are more than one opponent sometimes it might not be the correct opponent like in the frieza saga on a yellow dot there will be saiabi man there will be one green and the rest red. smash through everything to find a dragon ball but be careful you must smash when the green saiabi man is out other wise you wont have much luck finding them.
