A1: Ok.. well you can find brown the dog tied up.. you will also need to find the scissors that set you free in the filth room, but if you give it time the scissors will send you to a room and you will see a button.. push it.. then the scissors will come down.. grab them and set brown free. once you get him there will be a tutorial on training him..Good Luck!

A2: You have to be in "The Unlucky Cloverfield/April 1930" Chapter.

When you wake up in the filth room, you'll observe two things. There's a hole in the wall and siscors above your head. Look thorugh the hole and you'll notice there's a room nearby. You can't get in yet.

You can only get the siscors when you get the green butterfly and can get into this room and push the button near the hole in the wall. The siscors will come down and you can grab them and cut Brown loose, whom will be easy to find. He's tied up upsided down in the middle of a room.
