A1: All you have to do is complete the game and DO NOT EQUIP GREGORY WILSON'S GUN! (the gun you get in the last chapter or so) if you do that, you automatically get the bad ending. ^

A2: To get the "good ending" beat stray dog the first time.
When you are outside to fight him the second time, DO NOT KILL HIM! It's symbolic because then you are bad or whatever.
Instead wait until he talks to himself, then he'll put out his hands like he wants something. Push START and click USE on Gregory's gun...
I don't wanna ruin it! See what happens! ^_^
