Win level 4 of Revival mode.

Fight As Nobuaki Kakuda
Win Grand Prix mode on level 2 or higher using no continues

Fight As Remy Bonjaski
Win the Grand Prix with Jerome Le Banner using 2 continues or less. This will also unlock the mystery match in level 4 of Revival Mode, as well as unlock alternate ring attire for Le Banner and his opening entrance video clip.

Fight As Kazuyoshi Ishii
Defeat Nobuaki Kakuda in level 5 of Revival-If mode.
