Alternate ending
During Chapter 10 after you have taken the picture of the well, go to the corridor with the 3 stairs and push the shelf at the end to access the door. Walk the roof to the other end and pick up the diary on the floor in the room. Quickly turn around for a picture of the "crying woman" behind you. Examine the shelf nearby for a Type-00 film. Examine the trapdoor to open it and go down the ladder. You will encounter the "flying woman" in the sunken fireplace area where you 1st fought the "mother and daughter" as Rei. After the battle, you will get a "Leaf Key" and the "[Penetrate] Lens". Return to the Kimono room to unlock the drawer of the dressing table, where you will get a diary and a photo of a man who looked like Kei, and finally an earring. Win the game to view the alternate ending. *** The alternate ending only appears during the credits as static pictures.

Out of Map glitch
This glitch was stumbled upon accidentally while playing as Kei during the Battle To This Shore Mission, i'm uncertain if it works in story mode, but it should.

While playing as Kei in the ceremony room where there are dolls with pins in them on both sides of it, when fighting Yashuu Kuze (the ghost that shoots hands at you) in the first stage of battle to this shore, climb the ladder in the room and crouch next to the ledge closest to the alter where the doll with pins is. If Yashuu hits you at the right angle, Kei will fall into the altar and can now freely walk through the barriers and walls. though, sometimes the screen stays on the ladder, but in the viewfinder mode, you can see where you are.
