Continue where you last left off

Clear the hard level.

Very hard difficulty
You must win the hard level.

E3 Promotional Video
Complete Vergil Story mode on any difficulty setting.



Coatless Dante
Complete easy or normal mode.



Vergil mode
Win the game as Dante or use a memory card with a DMC3 save data.



Coatless Vergil
Beat easy with vergil.



Alternate ending sequence
During the ending credits, kill at least 100 opponents with Dante.



Bloody palace mode
Win the game as Dante or use a memory card with a DMC3 save data.



Hard mode
Complete normal mode.



Prologue Vergil 1 and 2
Complete Vergil Story mode on any difficulty setting.



Super Corrupt Vergil
Clear VMD.



Unlock modes+costumes
On the Title Screen hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 + UP/LEFT on D-Pad & DOWN/RIGHT on the left joystick. A sound will play saying "devil may cry" and you should have all modes and costumes/outfitsunlocked.



Super Dante
Finish the game on DMD difficulty.
