3 point Shot
Hold 3 point until top of jumo and then double tap cirlce

Fouls
When playing at the end of the game and opp. team is down they will foul, and if you dont want to get fouled for whatever reason there is 2 things you can do. 1. inbound the ball and avoid (run) from other players and when they catch you and start to foul call time out, this will waste time and later end the game (depends how much time is left). 2. inbound the ball to front court(with in shooting distance) and shoot a mid-range jumper before the buzzer to end the game.

Perfect Shot
Description: Follow the circle. If you are losing after 6 minutes, when there is a circle with a "4" on it, step on it. It will move so keep following it. Keep doing this until it has stopped moving and then hold Circle to shoot. It will be a perfect shot. If you shoot a ball by holding Circle, there will be a color around the ball.
red = a bad shot.
yellow = good shot.
green = a perfect shot.

Best Dynasty Big Man
When you play in dynasty mode you can be the Magic or trade for Dwight Howard he is the best big man because he is only 24 or 25 which he will stay around for along time and if you train him with your assistant he will go from in the 80's to the 90's with inside stopper, inside scorer,and power player.

Simulating games
When your simulating a game wait till the 3rd period and see if you like the out come if not for ex. if your team is behind press x and simulation will stop then click play game but instead of playing go back and simulate again till your team wins or whatever you want the outcome to be.

Q: I need to figure out how to get a perfect 50 on the dunk contest everytime?

A1: Hold down L1 and R1 and Dunk with O he will put it through is legs twice easy 50

A2: (for ps2) Press triangle and during the gather rotate the stick in a 720 degree angle and the press O and u will do a 720dunk thats a auto 50 and press O 2x's holding all top buttons and do a dub. under the legz and thats 100 points iight

A3: HAND SPRING DOUBLE UNDER THE LEGS
hold L1 L2 click forward and press circle then let go of cirlce but still hold on to L1 L2 when your player is in the air press circle again still holding L1 L2 then when your player is about to grab the ball under his legs let go.

A4: Hold L1 then press and hold circl to craddle the ball and then dunk it. make sure you jump from the line next to or the free throw

A5: Go from just before half court hold r1 and l1 and press cirlce nd in air press l1 r1 circle its cartwheel to double between legs perfect 50 evry time let go of cirlce second time when ball is into the second hand

A6: Press L1 and circle on the take off and press it agian in the air.......hold till ur player almost puts the ball through the second leg.........u have to start the dunk half way bettween the 3 point line and half court

A7: Hold R1 and L1 from the middle of the court then press O [hold L1 and R1 the whole time] when your player gets to the 3 pt. line after the cartwheel press circle and hold circle til the ball touches the other hand then release the circle button

Note: It may take a few trys , I suggest to practice this dunk a few times

A8: Heres a few dunks you can try:

A9: You want to get a 50 dunk in the dunk contest actually its pretty simple all you have to do is toss the ball on the big screen by pressing the directional button right + right analog stick.If you want to get a 50 dunk do the windmill dunk by pressing the directional button right + right analog stick wait for the ball to reach the screen then press the triangle 2x or press triangle,X its all about timing if you get it right then you get a perfect 50 try the left screen if you want to do the windmill dunk again but its a little hard in the left big screen you might get perfect score of zero.try different controls might end up on a 360 dunk or a 740 to get a perfect 50.

A10: Just do triangle for your gather and x for the dunk it is never below a 49

A11: Go to the corner behind the net and hold R1 and press o+o

A12: To get a perfect score is to start from out of bounds then press and hold L1 and R1 then gather with x and dunk with circle.This dunk will make your super star under both of your legs at the same time.

A13: Gather with x rotate the left analog stick in a 360 and dunk with x this will make him do a 360 between the legs

A14: To get a 50 is to press and hold L1 R1 then gather with square then dunk with triangle this will make him put his elbow in the rim but if you want his whole arm in the rim hold triangle till the highest peak and then dunk

A15: Do a double between the legs dunk, it works everytime and then after in the second round do a arm in the rim dunk, they are both 50's
