Controlling a dead Sim
Kill your Sim. There are a lot of ways to do this, but begining a fire is the fastest. Once your Sim is dead switch, to direct control (if not already in it). As a dead Sim you can walk through walls and chat to Sims. Terrorize, Wail, and Possess are social options dead Sims can do. Unfortunately you cannot actually possesses Sims out of social mode. These social options have no effect on other Sims, but are funny. You can also challenge the Grim Reaper in fiddle challenge. You have an unlimited number of chances to try this. If you win, your Sim will become alive again. You can also pay the Grim Reaper 100 Simoleons for a Back To Life Ticket.



Advance time by 6 hours
Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press Circle, Square, L1, Up, Down during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Advance 6 Hours.



Business career bonuses
When you get to level 6 in a job you can ride in a limo. When you get around level 9 you will get to fly in a helicopter.



Set Skill level
Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press Triangle, Circle, Square, R2, Left during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Change Skill - [name]/Change to [number].



FILL MOTIVES!
Ok what you do is you enable the cheat knome and type in:

Mode switch
Press Select to toggle from Direct Control mode to Cursor Select mode. This very useful during Freeplay mode.



Unlocking clothes
Get your Sim's relationships to 100 with everyone. Every time you raise another relationship to 100, you will unlock a new article of clothing.

Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then press R1, L1, R2, Right, Left during game play. Select the Cheat Gnome, then Interaction/Location: Give Simoleons.

How to die
This is what you do: you get the machanic rocket thing you put it in the house were theres no fire alarms when you get the rocket go to is and make the rocket when your done with that go back to and make shure you have 0 machanic skills cause the it will not work and trust me you can turn back to life. ok go to the machanic thing and press launch rocket right after it launchs a fire will start and since the fire starts right in front of the machanic thing you`lll cetch on fire.

Keep a Sim in bed all day or as long as you want.
Pause game & move a floor lamp or other piece of furniture next to the side of the bed of the Sim you want to keep "sleeping". The item that is blocking them in will keep appearing in their thought bubble, but they will appear as they normally do when sleeping. This is kind of funny.

Kill your maid and get ghost maid
To do it juz create wall arround your maid(not too big)and then put fireplace in the created wall then you wait until your maid burnt and become ghost. Ghost maid is faster then human maid.

DIFFERENT BOOKCASE!
Ok go 2 were the bookcases are then select the PLAANK BOOKCASE and put it anywhere you want attached to the wall. Then make each person grab a book from the bookshelf and study or read it. It doesn't matter what you do with it. Wait 2-3 days and go back where the bookshelf is. Now it's straight! I think the back just fell off though, but otherwise it looks really cool!

Hunger satisfaction
The more expensive refrigerators carry more foods. They also add a bonus amount of hunger satisfaction.

The more cooking skill you have, the higher the hunger satisfaction.

Hunger is the one need that if left unmet can kill your Sim.

To quickly fulfill your Sim's hunger even with low cooking skills, make a meal using Beef, Pork, Lamb and Potatoes.


If you are low on money and do not have enough to eat, sell your refrigerator, stove, etc. and buy a Fruit Punch Barrel. It will satisfy your hunger about 98%. You can just go to "Drink From Tap" and it will do the rest.

How to get max motives!
To get max motives you need the cheat nome on and in game play press: up, circle, up, right then R2.

CHEAT on ur wife/husband and not get caught!
Ok when you r outside of your house in your lawn go all the way to the corner of your yard. Not by your sidewalk. And put a chair there. Make your person sit on the chair and very fast get your CHEATR person out of the house and stand by your other CHEATER! then pause the game and take away the door(s) of your house leading outside. Then make your CHEATER person marry the other person. Then put the doors back and delete the chair. Do this every time you want to makeout or CHEAT on your huusband/wife! I hope this helped u! Free harfest food
Use the following trick if you are in need of food and have very little money. Buy an item that can have food harvested from it. Harvest the food from it, sell it back, then buy another. This will keep you from having to spend money on food. Unless there is more than one sim in your house, you do not have to worry about the other Sim wasting money buying non-harvested foods.

Kill someone instantly
This isn't a cheat,or a hint,or a tip,or anything,it's just something fun to do. If you want to kill someone instantly, you need a couple walls built into a square around someone,and a fireplace. Just do like I said and put a square of walls around someone but then put a fireplace inside the square. After a while,whoever it is should be low on higene,hunger,bathroom,and other stuff but at one point in time, the person shold either rot away because of such low stats,or they will burn to a crisp because of the fireplace.

P.S. The square needs to be really small around the person.

P.S.S. The fireplace needs to be turned on. (no brainer)

P.S.S.S. I'm not sure if they will rot away,I haven't played in a while I just remember that they will die somehow soon.

Getting married:
Bring your Friendship up to 80 or 90. If the background is very red and blurry, select "Be on" the socialize menu and go to a bed. Select "Relax" then choose the bed again. Select "Woo whoo" once then press Square to get out of the bed. Select "Socialize" and if you are in love, select "Propose" and hope that the other Sim says yes.

Food locations:
Dangleberries can be harvested in the Sproutch Couch.
Other fruits are harvested on a Frood Tree.
Golden eggs can be received from Chicken Checkers game.
Fish can be harvested from the Manilla 1000 Aquarium
Some vegetables can be harvested from the GenoLife Garden Hutch.

If you need friends, get a Hot Rock Hot Tub, or move to Tranquillity Falls where they already have one. Invite over who you want to be your friends and get them in the hot tub. Then, put objects around it so they cannot get out. Leave them in there long enough and they will become your friends. REMEMBER: Get out before your hunger goes all the way down or else they will die.

Hotel
Ever want a hotel?then make a hotel!then set every thing up.then when a sim comes over lay in a double bed.boy or girl.then callthem to the bed.greeted or not greeted.then once they get in bed go in buy mode and buy a chair.place it by the side where the other sim iz then get out of the bed then socialize with the other sim.they cant get up!good!then they will fall asleep.sell the chair and leave the room.then do this same thing over in a new room!

Easy monney
When you need some money and own a "Defective Arcade Genie Lamp" you can keep making wishes and you will get money eventually. However, the genie can also cause fire and make all the characters in the area of the lamp to pee themselves if you make him mad. When he is mad he will come out of his lamp with red colored smoke beneath him. However, if he is giving you something good the smoke will be purple or pinkish. It is best to perform this when you first get a house so that you can get your money and not risk losing any items you have purchased. REMEMBER: If you talk with the genie, he gives you small advice and hints occasionally.

Energy boost effect meal:
Dangleberry, Yogurt, Strawberries and Cherries or Ostrich, Eel, Strawberries and Mangosteen (expensive but works the best).

Saving money:
Objectives that require buying furniture can be easily purchased on low ends. Just buy it to complete the goal then delete and get your full money back.

How to trap death.
I'm sure if this works,so don't be angry when it does't work,trap him in a very small square and you probely have unlimited revives.

Unlocking locations
Rockwall Acres: Simply follow the instructions given to unlock this area.

Shoreline Trails: Buy a Foosball Table. When a Want that described as "Beat Torin at Foosball" appears, wait for Torin to play, then click the "Challenge" option and defeathim.

Cliffside Retreat: Fulfill all of Isabella's Wants and make her happy. REMEMBER: It may be difficult and take some time to get her to make a sandwich.

HMS Amore: Fulfill all of Betty's Wants until she is platinum. She will then tell you where the next location is. One of her wants will be to marry Captain Nelson.

Sunset Canyon: Bring Helga, Billy, and Sheila back to life, build a kitchen, clean up the mess, build a bathroom, and give them beds to sleep in. They will then tell you the next location.

Orbit Room: First, become friends with Red S, then serve him some food. Once you have done that, move back to Sunset Canyon and make Red S and Helga fall in love and get married. Red S will now live there, and you can control him. Do whatever is needed to get Red S in a platinum mood. He will tell you how to get to Tranquillity Falls.

Tranquillity Falls: This level is rather easy. To move onto the next level, you must fulfill all of Larry's wants to put him in a platinum mood, and do the same with Chantal. After both are in a platinum mood they will tell you where Jungen House is located, and it will be unlocked.

Jugen House: Here you fulfill Toothless Joe's aspirations until your Sim gets "Visit New Location" as one of their aspirations. Then, go back to Tranquillity Falls and your aspiration will change to "Help Chantal". To do this, just keep fulfilling her wants until she is platinum (a job in Art). This will unlock the Alien Crash Site.

Alien Crash Site: You must help XY-XY. To do this, just keep fulfilling his aspirations and make him friends with Jonas. This will unlock The Bio-Dome.

Avoid being fired:
If you accidentally miss your ride to work on your second day of missing work, before it says you have been fired, quickly find another job by looking in the newspaper or the Internet. Once you have avoided the call to get fired, you can change back to your previous job without being demoted and getting deducted skill points.

Go to a place that has alot of people in it and get them all jobs. Then if you leave somewhere or go to bed leave the game on, but first press select so they can move by themselfs.

Never need to sleep again
Rite just buy a expresso machine it puts your sleep up fast but watch your toilet meter I drops fast

Sick meal:
With any meal you make using Llama, no matter what the effect, any Sim that eats it will vomit
