A2: What I did was use a mutant with long distant attacks to stay away and hit him with. AH! the blimp? yeah that's complicated. First of all you need someone big like colossus (i think even rogue works, maybe sabretooth and Wolvie too). They can pick those bombs up, and throw them at Abyss' blimp (that's the hint given by the answer above, "some objects can be thrown). THEN he sucks you IN! there's 2 levels inside him, and I think you need someone with flight again.
