A1: I was stuck there too! Listen to what the information point says then press and hold the O button, it will come up with a round thing with symbols on. Select the item with the up, down, left, right buttons until it comes up with a picture of an unlit torch. Release the circle button, and you will be holding it. Walk up to a lit torch to light it. To get out of the next room, walk up to the wooden 'door' with an orange paw-print on to set it alight (you then have to defeat some evil clockwork penguins - patented by Feathers Mcgraw!).
