Q: It says to knock out the guard with a sticky cam what is that?

Q: In the very first level of pandora tomorrow, the game says to knock out the guard after you shoot out the light, but it doesn't say how! In the notes it says to throw something but I don't have anything to throw!?
A1: Shoot the light wait for the guard to come in to your sight then run to him and quickly tap the X button and you will hit him with your elbow twice...
A2: The objects to throw are strewn around,they are bottles and cans of drink.
if thrown precise you can knock or stun a guard using the bottle if hit in the head..
