After losing your lives and the continue screen appears, try to stop the timer at the following times to get the specified bonus:
7.77: 500 souls
6.66: Single blinking pumpkin, no souls lost, but no full health
0.01: 500 souls, Crystal Bottles, Blue Souls, and Red Souls refilled (if you have a Gold Pumpkin)

Phantom Jack costume/outfit
Get an "S" rank on all levels and successfully complete both secret chapters to unlock the Phantom Jack costume.

Level select
From the Title Screen, press L1, L2, L1, L2, L3, R1, R2, R1, R2, R3 to unlock all levels.

Phantom Jack and Santa Jack costumes/outfits
From the Title Screen or while playing the game, press Down, Up, Right, Left, L3, R3 to unlock the Phantom Jack and Santa Jack costumes.

Santa Jack costume/outfit
Defeat the Doctor to unlock the Santa Jack costume.

Dancing Jack costume/outfit
Win the game to unlock the Dancing Jack costume.

Thespian Jack costume/outfit
Get an "A" rank on all levels to unlock the Thespian Jack costume.

Alternate costumes/outfits
To change costumes/outfits, enter Jack's closet in his house.
