Before your cast, press L1, R1(2), R2, Triangle, Circle, R2.
Reeling in the fish
When you reel in a fish your line almost ALWAYS breaks so when you hook a fish keep your rod (left analog stick) in the direcstion of the fish and when the tension meter is on red STOP reeling in but keep your rod in the direcsion of the fish.
