A1: If the cops can't see you and you fire a weapon they will all come to investigate the spot where you fired the weapon from. I waited until the cops went the the farthest point of their patrols and then fired a shot in front of the small office in the kitchen, then I quickly hid in the bathroom hallway until they all passed.
