A1: Get a liner gun a machine gun, missile launchers, extension missile launchers and that should do it

A2: Lol yeah until you get to Rim Fire and he starts to own you. Im not going to tell you much about bullet life. Just dont get clsoe to him and you should be fine. Jsut keep moving back and pund away with missiles and solid round weapons. If you bring energy weapons your screwed mainly because you'll need to boost to get away from him.
