Collect 7 Dragon Balls to make a wish. Items on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes from Shenron are unlocked after making a 2nd wish.

Kaio-Sama Planet: Watch the ending of Original mode five times.

King Kai Planet: Make over five wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

King Piccolo: Listed on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Majin Vegeta: Listed on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Mecha Frieza: Make over 10 wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Ultimate Gohan: Listed on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Videl: Make over five wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes.

Dragon Finish: Complete Original mode with Goku, Gohan (Cell Arc), Vegeta, Cell, Freeza, or Majin Vegeta without using any continues.

Dragon Vitality: Have a total of 50 battles (Original, Vs., Z-Survivor).

Dragon Soul: Have a total of 100 battles (Original, Vs., Z-Survivor).

Nappa's Flame Pillar Technique: Have one draw in either Original, Vs., or Z-Survivor mode.

Wolf Fang Fist Technique: Get to the end of the skill tree with any character, and use skill inheritance once.

New Alternate Costume: Wish and unlock Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, Kuririn, Android 18, Chichi, or Videl's 3rd costume/outfit color to unlock an alternate costume/outfit for that character.

New Model Scouter: To get a new blue Scouter, get your battle power to one million. Your Scouter will break. Collect the Dragon Balls to get the wish.

Final Model Scouter: Unlock the New Model Scouter, then get your battle power to a certain level to unlock the wish.

Change Wallpaper in Customize Mode: Make over five wishes to unlock this wish on the Enhanced Set Of Wishes. From the Title Screen, press Up, Triangle, Down, X, L1, Square, R1, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, Goku will speak.

Majin Boo Narration Voice: Complete Original mode with Majin Boo.

Videl Narration Voice: Complete Original mode with Videl.

Charged attacks
When using a special or beam attack from the command list, hold L1 or R1 (may vary depending on controller configuration) to charge the attack. *** This only works with beam attacks such as the Special Beam Cannon (Piccolo) and Ka-Me-Ah-Ma-Ha (Goku).

Unlockable Levels
You must collect all 7 Dragon Balls to make a wish. You must make over 3 wishes to unlock the Enhanced set of Wishes.

King Kai's Planet - Make over 5 wishes and then wish it from Shenron in the Enhanced set of Wishes
Krillin's Secret Wish - Defeat all opponents in Z-Survivor mode without losing, including the double-or-nothing match.

Sourman/Suppaman appearence
In Eastern City, destroy the phone box, and Sourman/Suppaman from Dr. Slump will roll away on his skateboard.

Change Wallpaper in Customize Mode
From the Title Screen, enter the following code below. If done correctly, you should hear Goku saying one of his quotes to confirm it was done successfully.

Up, Triangle, Down, X, L1, Square, R1, Circle - You are able to change the Wallpaper for Customize Mode in Game Options. You must wish for it though, in the Enhanced set of wishes.

Easy Win
When you fight in "Original" or "Z Survivor" modes, just keep using R2

You can also go crazy with the control stick while pressing "TRIANGLE"

In "Z Survivor" you should always try to get the health refill on the roulette after you win
