Star Wars reference
After capturing or killing the Ace Of Clubs, pay attention to the
scrolling text at the bottom of the newscast. It is easier to see if you
have the subtitles turned off. Eventually the text will read "Tipoca City:
clones cloned." This refers to Pandemics Star Wars games, Clone Wars, and
the Kamino level of Battlefront. Additionally, when you go to the South
Korean base to accept the 1st South Korean mission from Buford, after he
explains the mission, you can leave, accept it, or wait. If you wait,
Buford will say he has a plane that is as powerful as a "Star Destroyer"
in that "space movie". Also, after you capture or verify the Ace of any
suit, you will see a news story. Watch the bottom of the screen. The
scrolling text will eventually have a Star Wars reference, such as after
the Ace of Diamonds "Coriscant, Lawsuit filed over space station's faulty
exhaust system".

All rewards
At the PDA factions screen, press Right(2), Left(2), Up(2), Down(2), Up,
Right, Left, Down(2), Left, Right, Up, Down(2), Up(2), Left(2), Right(2)
to unlock all rewards. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear
the sound of a click.

Helicopter winch
Pick up a fully packed car and take it to the fight for more firepower.
The soldier in the turret will shoot on or off the winch at any enemies
that he sees. Try using the YAH-56 Gunship and the Mafia Technical (GL)
Delivery for this. Additionally, use the winch to pick up some C4. You can
now drop it off or throw it anywhere desired, then fly to a save location
to detonate it. However, you cannot fly too far away from it.
Take a powerful helicopter, such as the Allies UH-60. Find any car or
object that is metal. Drop down the winch and pick up the car. This might
require a few attempts. When you have the car on your magnet, you can drop
it on the roof of something and watch it drive off; or go as high as
possible, drop the car, and try beating it to the ground.

SK Elite skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down(2), Up, Down to
unlock the SK Elite skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear
the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards"
code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been collected to
unlock it.

All factions neutral
At the PDA factions screen, press Up(4), Down(2), Right, Left. If you
entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a click.

Prisoner Of War skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down(4) to unlock the
Prisoner Of War skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the
sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards" code
is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been collected to unlock
it.

Drive a flaming vehicle
Enable the "Infinite health" code and shoot the vehicle until it starts to
burn. Jump in and drive off. Alternatively, get into the car and drive it
into something until its health gets under 20. As soon as this happens,
press Select and enable the "Infinite health" code. *** This trick does
not work on helicopters. They will only bounce around on the ground when
you try to take off.

Infinite health
At the PDA factions screen, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left,
Right. Alternatively, press Up, Down, Up, Left(2), Right(3) at the PDA
factions screen. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the
sound of a click. Repeat this code to disable its effect. The effect of
this code will end after the current contract is completed. *** If this
code is enabled while in a vehicle, it will also have infinite health.

Godzilla reference
After you capture or kill the Ace Of Hearts (Chul Kang), look at the news
briefs scrolling across the bottom of the screen during the news
broadcast. It will eventually say "Tokyo, Japan: Scientists investigate
huge, mysterious footprints that have appeared along the coasts."

Infinite ammunition
At the PDA factions screen, press Right, Left, Right(2), Left, Right,
Left(2). If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a
click.

Free Medivac
To skip out on paying the $10,000 when you warp to the Medivac, save the
game. Load the game and you will appear at the Medivac, but not have to
pay the $10,000.

Fun with helicopters
Enable the "Infinite health" code, then purchase a North Korean helicopter
or a Mafia Scout helicopter. Now, go to any Allied MASH. Go above the
helicopters and repeatedly slam into them until they explode. You will not
lose any faction points for the Allies.

The Godfather reference
When you do the Mafia mission "Playing The Odds", you will walk into Mafia
HQ and hear Sergei and Josef talking. Eventually Sergei will mention
Marlon Brando and The Godfather movie.

Faster shooting with the YAH-56 Gunship
This trick woks with any vehicle that has multiple weapons. While holding
R1 to shoot, press R2 rapidly to change weapons. The faster you change
weapons, the faster you will shoot.

Allied Pilot skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down, Up, Down to
unlock the Allied Pilot skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will
hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All
rewards" code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been
collected to unlock it.

Accelerate faster
While in a car, hold R1 + Square + X to do a burnout and accelerate
faster.

Peng skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down(2), Left to
unlock the Peng skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the
sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards" code
is used, or until all of China's Spade Contracts have been completed.

Hans Solo skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down, Up(2) to
unlock the Hans Solo skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will
hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All

Stuck helicopters and cars
Do not worry about helicopter glitches. Sometimes your evac helicopter
will get stuck in the ground out or diagonal on a tree. Just hit it into
place with a melee attack. The same thing works for tipping most cars back
onto their wheels.

Mafia Heavy Soldier skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down, Up, Down, Up to
unlock the Mafia Heavy Soldier skin. If you entered the code correctly,
you will hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the
"All rewards" code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been
collected to unlock it.

Flying cars
Get any helicopter and lower the winch and put it on a car (civilian cars
recommended). You can fly it almost anywhere, toss it in the water, or
crash it into a building.

NK Number Card (Spades) skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down, Up(2), Down to
unlock the NK Number Card (Spades) skin. If you entered the code
correctly, you will hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled
until the "All rewards" code is used, or the correct amount of rewards
have been collected to unlock it.

Money $$$ Money
Hijack some cars from the North Koreans and line them up so that they are
all close together. The bigger they are, the more money you will get. For
example, line up a group of Sungri Scouts. Take a C4 charge on the car
that is in the middle. Blow it up and a chain reaction will blow up all
the cars and give you a major cash boost. You can also steal cars and sell
them to the Mafia at their garage by Mafia HQ. Each car is worth a
different amount of money.
Use the "Fly NK helicopters" trick to get a free helicopter from the
Russian Mafia by the garage where you can sell cars. Look on the map and
there will be a "$" icon just east of the Allied Nation headquarters (not
the MASH, where you receive AN missions from). Fly there to find a burning
wreck of a AN Hummer. Land so that you can quickly jump back into the
helicopter. Walk up the wreck and press Triangle when it says "Examine".
It will give you the challenge of moving the wreck over 100 meters in
thirty seconds without explosives. Take careful note of the distance that
it says. Accept and quickly jump back in the helicopter. Use the winch (or
grapple) to latch onto the wreck. Now, fly the wreck so that it is only a
few meters past what the distance goal was. Wait for time to run out. The
next time you go back, it will ask you to beat your own distance. As long
as you stayed close to the distance goal, it will be extremely easy to
accomplish this with the helicopter. Repeat the trick to get around
$40,000 each time.

Safe number card capture
Use the following trick to get a number card captured for the full bounty
and avoid losing money from Anti-Air Armor shooting down your vehicle or
an enemy tank accidentally killing your target. Do an aerial recon, Get a
N.K Scout helicopter and get disguised as a N.K. Fly over the area that
the number card is located to do recon on where the Anti-Air Armor, enemy
tanks, and APCs are located. Once you noted where they are, you can now
execute your plan by taking out the Anti-Air first, then the enemy tanks
and APCs. Be careful with rockets -- do not fire too close to the number
card. Land in a safe place, take down the number card, and call for
extraction.

NK Elite skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down(3), Up to unlock
the NK Elite skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the
sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards" code
is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been collected to unlock
it.

YAH-56 Gunship
The YAH-56 Gunship is the most powerful helicopter in the game; it is
armed with rapid-fire 30mm cannon (grenade launcher), anti-air missiles,
anti-tank missiles, and dumb-fire rockets. You must have an anti-armor
rifle and a RPG or anti tank rocket. Grenades work somewhat, but are not
recommended. You cannot use an anti air. Find one flying (try the North
Korean Allied MASH, when you complete the 2nd ACE contract you will
"unlock" this). Once you are there, find a YAH-56 Gunship with the
binoculars. Now, go to it and make sure it is over flat land. Take out
your RPG or your anti tank rocket and shoot above it. It will fly down
slightly. Now, take out your anti armor rifle and shoot the pilot
(located the back seat of the helicopter). If you cannot see him through
the glass, shoot under the cockpit. Once he is dead, you will have about
$25, 000 depleted and your helicopter should land on the ground safely.
Try again if it falls on its side or something else happens. Do not be
afraid of the tail rotor. If it is half way in a rock, it does not effect
it. *** This strategy can be used with any helicopter.
To get the YAH-56 Gunship easier, get a standard sniper rifle and shoot
the bottom. If this does not kill the pilot, the chopper will lower
somewhat. Walk in front of the chopper, then shoot the front seat and the
pilot will die.
To find a YAH-56 Gunship, go to the 2nd province, then go to the Mafia
garage. To the left of the front of the garage is a challenge marked with
the "$" symbol. Take the challenge, but instead of flying to the goal, do
some recon and learn where all the A.T.A. missile launchers are and
destroy them in any way possible. Next, fly to the nuclear power plant.
Instead of taking out all the people, fly to the gunship and take it. You
now have your own flying tank. *** If you lose your disguise, North
Koreans will get in your gunship, start shooting at you, and force you to
blow it up.

Indiana Jones skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up(2), Down(2) to
unlock the Indiana Jones skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will
hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All
rewards" code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been
collected to unlock it.

Doctor skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down, Up, Down(2) to
unlock the Doctor skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear
the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards"
code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been collected to
unlock it.

Ride in helicopter
You can ride in a helicopter such as a UH 60 or any other helicopter that
has guns that you can man. First, get a UH 60 then get about 3 South
Korean ROKA soldiers. These are the only ones that will fly the
helicopter. Get them all in the helicopter then fly to some enemies. Get
out and get on a gun. Usually one of the soldiers will get in and fly the
helicopter. You can now ride and shoot down on the enemies. *** Once in
the air you will not be able to get out unless your helicopter is shot
downm or you somehow land and hit the ground. Also, this only works in the
North province.

Buford skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down(3) to unlock
the Buford skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the
sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards" code
is used, or until all of South Korea's Spade Contracts have been
completed.

Free supply drops
Select the item you want dropped, then throw the smoke grenade. Before the
grenade hits the ground, press Select or D-pad Right and select a
different supply drop. You will get the original supply drop for free.
*** This works for cars, supplies, and some air strikes. It does not
work for laser guided airstrikes.

Destroying tanks
When you are being shot at by a tank, strafe left and right in front of
it, while your anti-tank missile is locking on to the tank. Now, fire
until the tank has been destroyed. The tank will not be able to fire at
you while you are doing this. However, be careful; when you stop it will
get a direct hit on you.

Playground Of Destruction mode
Win the game, then verify General Song (the Ace of
Spades). Save the game when prompted. Load that saved game to start the
game again with all money and support items previously collected.

Alternate costumes/outfits
After you have captured or killed the Ace of Diamonds, you will be sent to
the northern MASH. There should be a tent by the man who takes you between
the north and southern areas. Once you find it, your character will be
able to switch costumes.

Alarms
Blow up the alarm. If the enemies sound the alarm, do not run up to the
alarm to turn it off. Just blow it up. They already know that you are
there.

Josef skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Down, Up(3) to unlock
the Josef skin. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound
of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All rewards" code is
used, or until all of the Mafia's Spade Contracts have been completed.

Floating gun
On your 1st Mafia mission, when you go into the headquarters and you are
about to do the contract, accept it before he is done talking (but not too
early). You may have to save the game and repeat this a few times before
it works. If you accept the contract at the correct moment, the Boss will
wave his gun around; but if you accept it, his arm will not move and only
the gun will float.

Ace Of Diamonds skin

all shop items. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound
of a click. *** If this code is enabled during an Ace Contract, you will
be able to buy helicopters.

Fly NK helicopters
In many parts of the map, NK forces have helicopters stashed without
pilots that you can climb into and fly. The hills surrounding the
helicopters however, have A.A. tanks that cannot be reached by foot or
vehicle. As soon as you try to take off, the helicopters get destroyed. To
get around this, fly very low. As soon as you enter the helicopter, you
can see the A.A. tanks on your map. Stay low enough to keep out of their
range. If the symbol for the A.A. tanks starts flashing, drop the
helicopter immediately until the blades stop. Continue this until you
either fly off successfully with the helicopter, or you die.
In the northern province (the 2nd province), go to the city where the
Russian Mafia is located. Next to the garage where you can sell cars,
there will be a Russian challenge for money (marked by a "$" on the map).
Chat to him and he will give you the challenge of dropping NK jeeps into a
nuclear power plant. Say "Yes", and you will be teleported up to the top
of the building, which now has a NK transport helicopter on it. You can
get in and just fly away without doing the challenge. Also, if you want to
cancel the challenge there but keep the helicopter, just get in, get out,
and get in again. Getting out will cancel the challenge. This is useful,
as it is a short drive from the MASH where you start and can be used to
pick up NK vehicles (while they are occupied) and drop them where they
will not be a problem (especially if they are near a member of the Deck of
52).

Colonel Garrett skin
At the PDA factions screen, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down(2), Right to
unlock the Colonel Garrett skin. If you entered the code correctly, you
will hear the sound of a click. This code cannot be enabled until the "All
rewards" code is used, or the correct amount of rewards have been
collected to unlock it.

Huge explosions
In the 2nd province, find Sinuiji Harbor. One of the buildings in the
far left has 7 explosive barrels all stacked. Not too far from them
are a lot more explosives. Move as many explosives as desired to the
original stack and shoot it to make a huge explosion.
In the 1st province at Ichon, there are a few sets of nukes underground.
Get in a helicopter and shoot a couple of missiles to blow them up and see
a huge shockwave. *** You must 1st complete the mission where you must
blow up the nukes on top of them.

Free ammunition and repairs
Choose a mission. Park a damaged vehicle in the base where the mission is
located, accept the contract, then immediately cancel it. Select "No" at
the "Retry" menu. Your vehicle will be repaired with full ammunition at no
cost. Additionally, enter a factions building, then exit. You and your
vehicle's health will be replenished, and you will have full ammunition.

Double car bomb
Put a some C4 on the hood of your car, before you do the "Drive a flaming
vehicle" trick. Find something to drive your flaming car into (gates,
towers, enemies, cars, etc.). Press L1 to jump out of the car while it is
moving. Wait until it explodes from the flames, then detonate the C4.

Recommended weapons
The best weapons in the game are the Anti-Armor Sniper Rifle, Prototype
Rifle, Street Sweeper, Pocket Artillery, and Portable Airstrike. For the
Prototype Rifle and Anti-Armor Rifle, you must have at least 40
Blueprints. To get the Street Sweeper, Pocket Artillery, and Portable
Airstrike, you must successfully win the game. The Anti-Armor Rifle
is a super-powered sniper rifle. The Prototype Rifle is accurate,
moderately powerful, has a scope, and has up to 300 shots. The Street
Sweeper has up to 6,000 rounds and is as powerful as the MD-530 machine
gun. Pocket Artillery is a SMG-sized grenade launcher. The Portable
Airstrike is the size of an anti-tank gun and has hundreds of missiles
that lock on to all military vehicles.

Cheat Weapons Crate
Verify all of the cards in the deck of 52 to unlock the Cheat Weapons
Crate in the Merchant of Menance shop for $800,000. The Cheat Weapons
Crate contains 3 different super powered weapons (the Street Sweeper,
Pocket Artillery, and the Portable Airstrike). *** The Cheat Weapons
Crate can also be unlocked with the "All shop items" code.

Saving ammunition
Do not waste ammunition. Some missions involve blowing up artillery, or
just have artillery in the area. Instead of blowing it up, you can kill
the man inside and use the artillery yourself. This can save you from
running around to each individual artillery cannon, as you can shoot them
from a distance.

Extra money
At the PDA factions screen, press Right, Down, Left, Up(2), Left, Down,
Right. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a
click.

Helicopter on Ace Contracts
*** This trick requires a sniper rifle is required. Immediately after
you are dropped off, take out your sniper rifle and shoot the pilot of the
helicopter that dropped you off. If done at the correct moment, the
helicopter will fall with barely any damage done to it. *** This is
easier with the "Infinite health" and "All factions neutral" cheats
enabled. If you do not have a sniper rifle, call in for one and shoot the
pilot of that helicopter. Complete all the steps and it
should work.

KA-50 attack helicopter
This is very hard to find helicopter in the game. Get to the part when you
can start capturing the Spades. Do Mafia missions until you get to the
mission where you must kill the brigade officers. Go the officer northeast
of Mafia HQ. Right beside him is the helicopter, flying low or landed. If
it is flying, simply use an anti armor rifle and shoot the pilot. This
helicopter has one less weapon than the YAH-56 Gunship. It has a 30mm
cannon, dumb rockets, and anti tank rockets, and is a lightweight
helicopter.

Get all shop items
To get all shop items you go to the fraction screen on your pda and enter down,down,down,down,up,left,right,right. It gets you all cars,helicopters,trucks,crates,and artillary strikes. But it still costs a little bit of money.

How to swim.
Enter the Infinite health cheat, then you can swim instead of dying.

Night Drive With The Spades
You know how from the 2 of spades, to the 10 of spades, they're all women? Well here's a trick to have some fun with em. Go out and find the 7 of spades, or the eight of spades. (you don't have to find those specific ones, you can choose whichever). Capture not kill, whichever woman spade you want. Do not call for extraction. Move her out of the line of fire, and then put her down. Order the Civillian Street Racer car. Or you can order the H3 truck, it doesn't matter. When the car is there, pick up the woman spade and start walking towards the car. You might think there won't be any green circle but there is. It'll say enter vehicle, you now can put the woman spade in your car, and have A LOT of fun with her! Enjoy!

Long Fall:
If you fall off a mountain or ditch a helicopter in the air from a high distance press the start button then press X on contiue, keep repeating this and you will slow down.
So by the time you hit the ground you'll only have minor wounds like -25 health leaving you 75 health left. This is possible 82% of the time.

Secret Listening Post:
At the Allied MASH go to the side that has a pointed skinny mountain, take out a rocket launcher or an RPG and fire at the top of the mountain if it hits the top the
Listening Post Destroyed sign will come up on the screen if you did it right.

Radiation:
Don't go through radiation with an opened up vehicle like an M1025 Scout or a
Sungri Scout or helicopter, because the radiation will kill you in six seconds flat.
Use a tank, APC, BMP, or a K200 APC to go through.

Water:
Do not jump in water, because you can't swim in Mercenaries.
The water will eat away at your health and kill you in ten seconds.

Press Casualities:
If you kill the GSRN press personell it will take off 15% more of the factions trust than killing a civilian, and costs 2X more to kill them too. So if you kill an Allied Soldier it will take down the same amount of fraction trust as killing the press. Except it decreases the
Allies, South Korean, and Chinese moods.

Unlocking Cheat Codes:
You can unlock cheat codes on the G.P.S. E-Mail in the help folder.
To do this you must find Blueprints and National Treasures and destroy
Monuments and Listening Posts too.

Intimidation
Believe it or not, you can actually intimidate your enemies to come to a certain point in the game! All you need to do is create a so called 'Defense Point' and your enemies (specifically North Koreans) will pile up just to be killed. Here are the 3 Easy Steps to completing this task, which gains you money and possibly a positive faction mood.

Step 1. Order North Korean Vehicles, such as their armor and smaller transports. Set up a roadblock and find a way to cut off civilian transport in the area, as this will cause the North Koreans to avoid the point, most likely afraid of killing their own people.

Step 2. Set up the alignment of vehicles so it looks like an actual area the North Koreans have either abandoned or had to retreat from. This includes piling up the Sungri Scouts into one area, and North Korean cargo transports in another. If you want (this doesn't add any secret effect, but it comes in handy), order a few Supply Drops of your choice and keep them in a hidden area. When the enemies come, it will be useful for all you need to do is bash your way to glory.

Step 3. Sit back and watch the show! North Korean Sungri Scouts, Transports, and possibly Armor will show up just for you!

Note: It will take time for the North Koreans to take notice of your 'Defense Points.' If they do not at least start noticing it after the first 10-20 minutes, move to a different area that is more populated with North Koreans.

I descoverd this by ... well I gust descoverd it. how to do it: first you enter the cheat invrbelty and then get a heli and drop a magnet on a defrent one. now stop the heli (with the other heli) and try to land. your heli well flip over and then start flying up and the pilot will fase doom
because the heli you have magnatised will blow up. and if it dosn't work try agin

The Secret to the Factions:
Every Faction(Chinese, Allies, Russian Mafia, North and South Korea) will do something to you or to other people as long as you are friendly with them. Also, everybody will shoot North Koreans even if you're hostile with that Faction.

North Korea: Always Hostile, shoots everybody.
South Korea: Usually will shoot the Russian Mafia.
Chinese: Sometimes will shoot the Russian Mafia and South Korea.
Russian Mafia: Will usually shoot everybody but Allies. (This includes civilians.)
Allies: Will not shoot anybody but North Koreans unless a fight is continued to them.

Gun glitch
On the intro to mercenairies in the plane the carbine if you look at it from the side it has a scope but when you take it it is just a regular carbine
