Go to Quifim Island and go into Lower Defalks Tower. Watch the
intermission sequence, then go to the infirmary in Upper Jueno and
chat to the person there. Then. go to Ru Lude Gardens and chat to an
elf in the guard's room. After this, you must do the Promithhia of
each crystal.
