How to hunt a rocky mountain bighorn sheep without using the sick deer mission...
I don't know how this happened, but I was hunting javelinas in Kerr County. (I had to shoot 1 from under 40 yards) I noticed a green dot on the map getting closer, so I crouched and approached my target. When I got to a meadow, I saw a rocky mountain bighorn sheep! I managed to stay stealthy and get so close I could touch it. Then I shot the sheep, and it died instantly. To my greatest astonishment the warden didn't say "You don't have permission to shoot that animal. I'm warning you, don't do that again!" Instead, the sheep was scored! When I went to deer country, I found my sheep in the Texas exhibit where the javelina was supposed to be :)

PS The same thing happened with a sitka black-tail buck in Delta County while I was hunting the 3 wolves. I'm not kidding. This really happened!

I PASSES MISSION #15!!!
I know everyone is having a hard time on mission 15, the javelina one. I definitely had a hard time, until I figured out that you CANNOT use the javelina call or you will fail it. Just wait until it is pretty close and shoot it. Another thing, it does not matter if you don't kill it in one shot, as long as you do EXACTLY what it says and don't use the call, it should work out. I beat the whole game, but that mission sure took me awhile to beat.

A1: Just keep following it and it will go to sleep then BAM! bye bye

A2: The best way to complete the mission you are talking about, is to buy a tent, and sleep untill eleven. You can also wait around until eleven, but that is much longer. Once you eleven a.m. rolls around, proceed up the left side of the hill across the river from your house. GO SLOW! There is a group of Sitka that will be beaded down. If you move to fast they will wake up. Find the largest sleeping buck, and DON'T MISS!

A3: In case you are wondering, "sleeping" in the game for a deer is simply laying down. They dont ever actually fall asleep. just shoot when they lie down.

A4: They can't be just laying down. It will tell you Mission Failed. They have to be SLEEPING!

A5: They don't sleep. Just wait until the deer lies down and then shoot it.

A6: I think id go agree with the 2nd answer im stuck on the same mission too

A7: Set out some sleeping potion, and after it drinks it, and falls asleep, shoot it.

A8: Just buy a tent. that will speed up time and wait until eleven. then find a buck with lots of points, and blow the snot out of it right in the chest. and I dont remember if myn was sleeping/sitting or not but I can tell you I beat it.
