A1: Make sure you have full health b4 you go in. Run across to the wall and from there you peer round the corner to shoot the copter and move of the wall only slightly to kill the people that come through the roof.

A2: I had the same problem. The answer is use the machine gun and have full life it's that easy I did it myself and it worked for me I hope it works for you too.
