At the create a car screen enter "Dale" as the 1st name and enter "Earnhardt" as the last name.

Unlock Tiburon Speedway
If you have a save from any 2003 EA Sports game on your hard drive or memory card, the Tiburon Speedway track will be automatically unlocked.

Go 200 MPH at Daytona or Talladega AND get away from the field.
First, go to options and press X on the gameplay option and put 'damage' off. Also go on the assists option. Press X on it. Turn 'stability control' and 'auto brake' off. Go to Quick Race and select Daytona or Talladega. Go to car setup. Go to gear ratios. Change the preset to Preset 5. Go to the tire pressure. Put it to 30 PSI. Select Practice. Do as many laps as needed. It only takes about 2-3 laps to go 200 MPH. Once at 200 MPH or above, go to qualifying. Try to do the best lap possible. My time was 47.190 (202.92 MPH). Do 5-25% race length. In about 5 laps you be smoking the field.
