Win the game 8x with Ryu. After that to select Evil Ryu, highlight Ryu and Hold Select, and press X, triangle, and Square.

Defeating Bison II
Play as Blanka and press Square + Away (Electric).

Fight as Dark Kairi
Highlight Zangief at the character selection screen then press
Down/Left.

Alternate costumes/outfits
Press X, Circle, or Square to choose a different costume/outfit for that
character. Circle is main costume/outfit, and X and Square are alternate
colors.

Fight as Evil Ryu
Win the game in original mode as Ryu 8 times
without continuing. Highlight Ryu, then hold Select and press X,
Square, or Circle at the character selection screen.

Fight against Evil Ryu
Win all matches in original mode with a Meteo Combo, Meteo Tag
Combo, or Character Parade as Sagat, Ken, Sakura, Vega, or Vega II.

Fight against Vega II
Win all matches in original mode under the normal difficulty setting
with a Meteo Combo, Meteo Tag Combo, or Character Parade using no
continues. You must also have over 500,000 points You will fight
Vega II in the last match in original mode. Alternatively, win all
matches using no continues under the hard difficulty setting.

Narrator Sakura
Win the game in original mode as Sakura 8
times without continuing. Highlight Sakura, then press Select at the
character selection screen. Alternatively, get all 10 bronze medals
in original mode.

In-game reset
Hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 and press Select + Start during game play.
Fight against Bison II:
On original mode, get a full team of girls. On the final battle you
will have a choice of fighting Bison or Bison II.

kullomania's secret move
Press Low Punch(2), Back, Low Kick, High Punch. Skullomania will do
a different Skullo Dream. There is a part with Skullomania and the
enemy eating something at a Japanese table.

To do a faster Skullo Dream, press Low Punch(2), Down, Low Kick,
High Punch.

Extra Characters Cheat
To get the following extra characters, you have to beat original mode the following times with any character without using continues. A new character will appear after each completion.

Sagat - Once
Vega - Twice
Garuda - Three times
Shadow Geist - Four times
Kairi - Five times
Pullum - Six times
Area - Seven times
Darun - Eight times
Vulcano - Nine times

Fight against Kairi
Win all matches in original mode with a Meteo Combo, Meteo Tag
Combo, or Character Parade as Hokuto or Nanase.

Fight against Shadow Geist
Win all matches in original mode with a Meteo Combo, Meteo Tag
Combo, or Character Parade as Skullomania or Sharon.

Choosing team
To choose your own team, while fighting enemies choose out of the
selection of people they provide you.

Hidden characters
Complete original mode with a regular character without continuing
under the normal or hard difficulty setting to unlock one of the
hidden characters. Another character will be unlocked each time the
game is completed, in the following order: Sagat, Vega, Garuda,
Shadow Geist, Kairi, Pullum, Area, Darun, and Vulcano. *** A
different character must be used to win the game to unlock a
new hidden character.

Rainbow team combo
Press Down, Down/Right, Right 4 times and press Tag to create a
Rainbow Flash team combo. *** Your partner will not stay in and
all the moves you do will be the ones that your friend does.

Fight as Evil Ryu
Get all 10 gold medals in original mode. Highlight Ryu, then press
Select at the character selection screen.
Alternatively, successfully win the game 8 times under the
medium or hard difficulty settings as Ryu. Highlight Ryu and hold
Select to play as Evil Ryu.

Practicing
When you finish the final battle (M. Bison or Bison II), you will
see a letter box. After that, you will see your character in a dark
room with a lot of enemies and characters around. The enemies vary,
depending on the character you selected. It is a good idea to
practice at this time so that you will have a better advantage
against a wide selection of enemies.




Fight as Bison II
Win the game in original mode as M.Bison 8
times without continuing. Highlight M.Bison, then hold Select and
press X, Square, or Circle at the character selection screen.

Meteor Tags combos
These combos can only be performed with certain combinations of
characters. They require a Tag Gauge and a level 3 Super Combo
Gauge. Here are some of the characters combinations with their
moves. The commands are listed assuming the characters are facing to
the right.

Tag Team: Zangief and Darun Mister
Character who performs the move: Any of them
Combo: A 360° Motion 2 times + KKK.
Tag Team: Ryu and Ken
Character who performs the move: Ken
Combo: Quarter Circle Back 2 times + PPP.
Tag Team: Chun-Li and Guile
Character who performs the move: Guile
Combo: Hold Back (Charge), Forward, Back, Forward + PPP.
Tag Team: Ryu and Sakura
Character who performs the move: Sakura
Combo: Low Punch, Low Punch, Back, Low Kick, High Punch.
Tag Team: Nanase and Hokuto
Character who performs the move: Nanase
Combo: Low Punch, Low Punch, Back, Low Kick, High Punch.
Tag Team: Kairi and Hokuto
Character who performs the move: Hokuto
Before you perform the command with her, you must do her Kakusei
(Trance) first. The move is Quarter Circle Forward 2 times + K.
Combo: Low Punch, Low Punch, Back, Low Kick, High Punch.
Tag Team: Blanka and Dhalsim

Look in the last stage where you fight Bison. On one of the walls is
a picture of Mr. T.

Fight as True Vega
Get all 10 platinum medals in original mode. True Vega will be
unlocked in arena mode.

Fight as Vega II
Get all 10 silver medals in original mode. Highlight Vega, then
press Select at the character selection screen.

Alternate M.Bison level
Fight through the game with any street fighter (original mode)
without anyone joining your team. The last level will be darker.

Ryu's secret move
Press Down, Down/Left, Left (quarter-circle going back), PPP and he
will dash back.

M Bison 2 [PS2 Cheat by: Perfectopnoy]
Beat original mode with M Bison 8 times, then go to the character select screen, highlight M Bison, press select and Cross.
