Earn a 3 star rating on any level in order to unlock a bonus piece of artwork. As an added bonus, earn a five star rating and each piece of art will have half of a code on it. Combine the left bonus' code with the right bonus' code to get the cheat. Cheats can be entered on the title menu.

Runner

Cheat mode
The following codes have no effect until you complete the both levels with at a five star rank under the hardcore difficulty setting to unlock them. Each code has 2 parts, each of which are unlocked by a specific level (for example, at the end of level 1 and level 2 with at least a 3 star rank). When this is done, one half of a code will appear at the bottom of the image that is now unlocked in the "Bonus Features" menu. Once both halves (images) are unlocked, that specific code can now be activated in any level in the game.

Unlock Bonus Games
To unlock the bonus games, you have to earn 3 star ratings on groups of five levels. The games are unlocked thusly:
Hard as Nails: Get 3 stars on each of levels 1-5.
Brawl Game: Get 3 stars on each of levels 6-10.
Monkey See, Monkey Die!: Get 3 stars on each of levels 11-15.
Time 2 Die: Get 3 stars on each of levels 16-20.

God Mode
After you finish the game on Fetish mode, enter the following on the title screen...

These are cheats that are unlocked by completing 2 consecutive scenes on Hardcore mode with a 5 star rating to unlock the cheat. For example, you must complete both Scene 1 and 2 to get the Runner cheat under the conditions, and both 3 and 4 for Silence, and so on.

Runner (Sprint Meter always is full)=Complete Scene 1 (Born Again) with 7 for Red Executions, 7 for Total Kills and a 10 for Time

Runner (Sprint Meter always is full)=Complete Scene 2 (Doorway into Hell) with 8 for Red Executions, 8 for Total Kills and a 10 for Time
