Spoot the magic Llama
To get cheats for the Sims 3 on the PS3, pause the game by pressing the start button. As I said, this will pause the game. Then hold-at the same time- L1+L2+R1+R2. When that is done a little paragraph will show up. Click on either "Let the cheating begin!" or "No cheats, I'll play fair and square." If you clicked "Let the cheating begin!" go to buy mode and into the catalog. Click on decor and choose Spoot the magic Llama. Don't worry, he's free! Place him somewhere in your house. Choose an adult or young adult sim and click on Spoot. A list of thing you can do with him will be listed like karma powers or money to get you into the best home in town.

* The Sims 3 Acquiring & Developing Skills + CHEATS [Guide]
Description: You will learn about all skills your Sims can learn in The Sims 3 game in this guide. Before your Sim can increase their ability at something, they 1st have to learn how to do it. Taking a class is by far the easiest way to acquire a new skill but it will cost you. For an artist, a Sim who wants to learn the Painting skill for example, either needs to buy an easel plus interact with it, or take a class at the local school. The Fishing skill is easy too, just sit by a pond and throw a line in by interacting with it. You can also read a book or take a class. Your Sims can then nurture and develop their talents to improve by levels and gain some perks with the skill the higher they go. Below is a list of each skill, how to get started or acquire it and how to develop it. There will be a chart on what to expect with different levels of the skill. The ultimate cheat for the sims 3 PS3 Only
Press start to get the pause menu up and the press R1,R2,L1,L2 all at the same time and then it will come up as something like do you wish to let the cheats in say yes it will give you a chance to make save the game as something else if you want to save the game. then go onto the buy mode and click decor and then go onto miscellus decor there you will find the magic lama and go go back to the play menu and click on the magic lama and there are your cheats

1. Spoot the Magic Llama: (this cheat needs to be done before all other secrets or cheats become active in the game.) Pause your game then hold L1-L2 and R1-R2 all at once, then a notification will appear, you'll know what to do from there. after you make the agreement, go to your Build and Buy Selection, go to buy, then go to DECOR. Under Decor you choose Misc Decor, then you will see a pink statue of a Llama, add that anywhere in your place and you will get aphew nice cheats.

L2 is an important button when it comes to sims, and here is why.

2. If you highlight your green disk over your mail box, (only works as Sim's home.) you have to hold L2 and choose the mail box at the same time then you get a whole different set of cheats. such as
-Force N.P.C
-Choose Career. (even the career position! >:D)
-Force Visitor.
-Reset Sim. Example: if sim started off baby then was a man, Reset sim would change them back to Diaper Solders again! lol

3. (one of my favorite.) no matter where on the map you are, if you hold L2 then choose an empty area on the ground (no objects in the way.) it will say TELEPORT ME HERE! so you can instantly be there without taking a car!

4. Helpful for the Sims not happy with themselves mentally or physically.

(FOR ANY SIM YOU PUT YOUR EYE ON, THIS WILL WORK!)
if you hold L2 and choose a sim it will say
-Make an age older. (without birthday cake or timeline.)
- Make sim apart family. (a sim will instantly be apart of your family, and you can switch to them.
-Change Sim's Traits. (in case you wanna change a sim's way of life.)

Group relationship boost
Have two people talk with either a group of 3 or more and do freindy socials and funny only for everybody to get relationship boost.

Letters
Here is another one of my cheats: after you have activated your cheat llama, go to yor post pox press L2 and X at the same time and there is a massive option of cheats, make your soms moods full and stay there, make a list of NCP's appear. (The people that don't live in houses E.G Grim Reaper, Baby Sitter, Police E.C.T).

Some cool cheat codes
L2 is a very important button. Here are a few cheats you can use it for D

Hold L2 and move the cursor over the mailbox and press X then it will come up with a list of cheats.

Hold L2 and tap somewhere on the ground. If you have done it correctly, then a button should come up saying: Teleport me here. Tap it.

Hold L2 over your sim and press X and two buttons should come up: Trigger age transition (Age up) and change active sim's traits (Change your sim's traits.

Hold L2 over a sim not in your family and tap X and it will say: trigger age transition and Add to active family.

WARNING this does disable challenges and trophies, however the game gives you the option to save your neighbourhood before the cheats to resume from there later. once you load up your family in a house or location, hit START. then hold L1 L2 R1 R2 and the cheats instructions will tell you that spoot is now available under Decor-miscellaneous. Place him in your lot and all cheats are readily available for you.

Press pause then hold l1 l2 r1 r2 then its going to ask you do you want the cheating to begin hit yes they going to ask do you want to save the game press no then go to build and buy mode and go to decor they are going to have a lalma it cost o $ put it somewhere on your property and then press the lalma ther going to have 1000$ kathching and 5000$ motherload......

First press start so you get the start menu up then press R1,R2,L1,L2 at the same time then it will ask you if you want to cheat, press yes, then it will ask if you want to save, press yes, then go to the build and buy menu and go to decor and under miscellaneous there will be a lama looking statue and then buy it and the statue has all the cheats when you click on it.

How to kill sims
Take a sime you dont like or a sim you just want to get rid of and invite them to your house and before they reach you front door click the biuld button and make a walls all around them so ther tottaly enclosed in and cant get out....Wait 3 or 2 days and the sim will die of starvation moo ha ha ha ha ha but whats realy cool is the grym reaper comes and takes the ghost of the person you killed away if your lucky you might even be able to talk to the grym reaper!

The best job to have
The best job personally is the profesional sports career because you can get promotions fast if athletic. just train on a treadmill. at level 7 you get $213 per/h. I did this in 2 DAYS now I have $37,957! 2 DAYS NO CHEATS!

No Bills!
When your bills come in the mail, take them out and drop them in the grass. The pause and sell the bills. You will not get any money but you still won't have to pay them.

Burgler
If you make a sim with all evil traits like grumpy and evil and mean spirited after you reach leval 10 in the crimnal carreer you can go outside at night go to a neighbors house or anything on the town map and click the building and click rob or swipe HOPE IT HELPS! :)

BEST CHEAT
Hold  L1 R1 L2 R2 click yes you what to cheat go to decor and go to the last one in decor and you should see a llama and bye it  but it in your room click it and there you go!

Make Money Fast
When you go into edit tow mode (in the menu), add people/families with lots of money into your house-hold. then when you save and leave edit town mode, kick out the people you just added. You get all their money! you can repeat this as many times as you want.

Deathfish
Step 1: Reach level 10 in fishing skill
Step 2: Catch an angelfish (optional)
Step 3: Go to the cemetary between 12:00am and 5:00am
Step 4: Catch a deathfish, they sell from $200 to $350 each

More cheats
Once got spoot if you hold R2 and press X over you r mail-box for a variety of more cheats,again hold R2 and press X over ,this time, a sim in your houshold to get the option of age your sim and or change traits for active sim (only for sim in use.)if you do the same but with a sim outside your household you wil get the option of age sim or add to household(you could add the whole town to your household but you will get stuck with the same sim so either add another file of the same one or pick your sim wisely),Hold R2 press X over a piece of ground it will say teleport me here.
